Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet
Member for Environment & Transport, Councillor Sophie McGeevor, the
Mayor and Cabinet agreed that the Reduction and Recycling Plan be
approved for submission to the Greater London Authority (GLA) for
consideration by the Mayor of London.
