Decision:

The elections for the six Lewisham Safer Neighbourhood Board Community Board Member positions took place by secret ballot following the process set out in the meeting papers.

Election Outcome

3 year term              Royston John and Jackie Addison

2 year term               David Michael and Phil Turner

1 year term               Gordon Glean and Florence Emakpose

27 people from the Register of Affiliated Groups were present and voted.  Nine of the eleven candidates were present at the meeting and each had an opportunity to introduce themselves to the audience.

There was no tie and so no further voting was necessary.  Harry Powell, a member of the LCPCG who is also on the SNB Register, decided to act as an additional observer of the vote count and scoring and raised no concerns with how this was carried out.
