·       Naheeda Maharasingam – new Primary School Headteacher representative.

The purpose of this report is provide and update on the 2023/24 final DSG  position including decision on the use of a small surplus following the finalisation of the EY 2023/24 block. The report also provides update on the 2024/25 DSG plus some updates relating to the teachers pay and new grant to support the overall cost.

Implementation of the EY national policy.

Update on DBV and mitigation plan plus feedback from high needs working group (mainly relating to the continuation of the 5% pilot scheme).
