Having considered an officer report and a presentation by the Chair of the

Overview & Scrutiny Committee, Councillor Alan Hall, the Mayor agreed that:

the views of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee as set out be noted; the

Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety Interim Report;

be received and the Executive Director for Resources and Regeneration be

asked to provide a response.
