Having considered a confidential officer report, Mayor and Cabinet
(Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:
RESOLVED that the contract be awarded to a stated value for the restoration
of key buildings within Beckenham Place Park to Ash Ltd. Ash Ltd will restore
the stable block, the homestead cottages, the gardener’s cottage, Southend
Lodge and the gatehouse within this one contract and works are programmed
to take 12 months from starting on site, in April 2018 and be funded through
the Parks for People (HLF) programme.
