Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alan Smith, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts), for the

reasons set out in the report:

RESOLVED that the award of contract for the streetscape improvement work

at Grove Park Station (junction of Downham Way and Baring Road) be made

to TG Ram Ltd for a contract value not exceeding a stipulated price.
