Document Adult Social Care Eligibility and Charging Consultation - Referral to Mayor and Cabinet

This report informs the Mayor and Cabinet of the comments/views of the Healthier Communities Select Committee arising from discussions on the consultation exercise undertaken on proposed changes to the eligibility criteria and charging for Adult Social Care. These are set out in section three below. The Healthier Communities meeting took place on 21 November 2007 - Mayor and Cabinet took place on 12 December 2007.
