Councillor John Muldoon - Non Pecuniary - With respect to Item 3 of the agenda (Protocols), Cllr Muldoon informed the Board that he was an elected governor of South London and Maudsley (SLaM) Trust and represented the constituency of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
