Hello, I'm addressing to you if you can consider installing lights on the creepy bridge (Spinall Rd to St. Asaph), at Brockley. I live at Drakefell rd with Spinall road and have to cross it often. By night is completely dark and is scary to cross it. Could you consider it? thank you in advance, Betlem busquets
