Having considered open and confidential officer reports, and a presentation
by the Cabinet Member for Culture, Councillor Andre Bourne, the Mayor and
Cabinet agreed that delegated authority be given to the Executive Director for
Community Services to award the contract to a suitable Main Contractor to
undertake the refurbishment works.
