6.	Update Report to the ICT Shared Services for the London Borough of Brent, Lewisham and Southwark PDF 2 MB Additional documents: Appendix A - Performance Pack , item 6. PDF 2 MB Decision: NOTED the update provided and actions being taken in relation to the ongoing performance and delivery of the shared service, as detailed within Section 3 of the report. NOTED the contents of the Performance Pack as detailed in Appendix A of the report. As additional actions, it was agreed: To ensure Councillors and members of staff continue to be reminded about the dangers of Cyber threats to all mobile devices including smartphones and remain vigilant of emails. To provide members on the Joint Committee with the detailed Excel document in relation to the additional (exempt) background paper on the decommissioning of Windows 2008 server.

8.	Any Other Urgent Business Decision: All future meetings commence at 18:00 and will be held remotely except when a formal decision on an item is required. In these circumstances, it was agreed for the Committee to meet in person. Tuesday 12 October 21 – to be hosted by London Borough of Brent Tuesday 15 March 22 – to be hosted by London Borough of Southwark
