Agenda, decisions and draft minutes

• It was AGREED that the minutes from the previous meetings held on: Wednesday 14 October 2020 and 18 January 2021 be approved as an accurate record.

• NOTED the update provided and actions being taken in relation to the ongoing performance and delivery of the shared service, as detailed within Section 3 of the report.
• NOTED the contents of the Performance Pack as detailed in Appendix A of the report, Cloud Programme Update (as detailed in Appendix B of the report); Shared Technology Service (STS) Technical Roadmap – Executive Summary (as detailed in Appendix C of the report) & STS Cyber Strategy (as detailed in Appendix D of the report).

As additional actions it was agreed:

• To provide further details for members following the meeting on the timetable included as part of the STS Technical Roadmap for replacing the obsolete Windows 2008 legacy server infrastructure, with specific details on the timescales within Lewisham requested by Councillor Paschoud.
• To provide the Members on the Joint Committee with details of the STS Technical Roadmap investment programme and project options presented to the Joint Management Board.  Following a request at the meeting it was agreed to provide Councillor Bonavia with a specific example of the type of information available for further review with officers at Lewisham.
• To include as part of the regular service updates provided for the Joint IT Committee a focus at future meetings on specific areas within the STS Technical Roadmap investment programme currently under review by the Joint Management Board.

• Tuesday 13 July 21  - to be hosted by London Borough of Lewisham
• Tuesday 12 October 21 – to be hosted by London Borough of Brent
• Tuesday 15 March 22 – to be hosted by London Borough of Southwark
