Updates from the DfE Purpose of this report is to provide updates received from the Department of Education since the last forum meeting. Mainly reflecting the 2021/22 DSG funding.

Scheme for Financing Schools Update Each year the DfE provides revisions to the scheme as appropriate. The report advices on the necessary changes. As the changes are prescriptive, a consultation is not required.

Dedicated Schools Grant 2020/21 This is a standard item on the Schools forum agenda to update on the 2020/21 DSG position.

Schools Health Check The report provides forum on an update based on the June budget plan updates. The report also updates with regards further development work intended to strengthen the support provided to Lewisham schools.
