RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act

1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following

the Act, as amended by the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)

(Access to Information) (Amendments) (England) Regulations 2006 and the

4. Contract for Children and Young People’s Personalised Care and Support

in the Home

Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet

Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor and

Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that

(1) providers be appointed as set out below for each lot of the Framework

Agreement for Children and Young People’s Personalised Care and Support

for an initial period of two years, with a possible extension of two years at the

Council’s discretion: 

(A) Personalised Care and Support delivered by Children’s Nurses (Lot A):
