RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972,

the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of

business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act,

as amended by the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to

Information) (Amendments) (England) Regulations 2006 and the public

interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in

disclosing the information:-

4. Provision of Textile Collection Bring Back Service- Appointment of

Framework.

Having considered a confidential officer report presented by the Cabinet

Member for the Public Realm, Councillor Rachel Onikosi, Mayor and Cabinet

(Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:

RESOLVED that

(1) LMB are appointed to the Framework Agreement as a Single Provider, for

a 4 year period; and

(2) LMB are awarded a call-off contract under the framework agreement for a

period of 2 years, with possible further extensions of up to 2 years.
