Code of Practice Amendments Additional documents: Decision: Having considered an open officer report, and a presentation from the Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that the amendments to the Council’s terms and conditions, the Invitation to Tender and the Council’s Sustainable Procurement Code of Practice, as set out at paragraphs 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3, be approved. Minutes: Councillor Bonavia explained that the report was a response to a motion on blacklisting that had been agreed at Council in January 2017. Councillor Millbank received clarification that prohibitions against blacklisting were already in place but were now being made more explicit.
Having considered an open officer report, and a presentation from the Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) for the reasons set out in the report:
RESOLVED that the amendments to the Council’s terms and conditions, the Invitation to Tender and the Council’s Sustainable Procurement Code of Practice, as set out at paragraphs 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3, be approved.
