RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972,

the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of

business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of

the Act, as amended by the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)

(Access to Information) (Amendments) (England) Regulations 2006 and the

public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in

Highways Contract Award

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts)

agreed that the Contract be awarded to J B Riney & Co Ltd for a period of 29

months commencing on 1st November 2016.

RESOLVED that the Contract be awarded to J B Riney & Co Ltd for a period

of 29 months commencing on 1st November 2016.

Family Support Service - Contract Award

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Cabinet Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor

and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that the contract for the delivery of the Family

Support Service be awarded to Core Assets Children’s Services for a period

of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.

Cabinet Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor

and Cabinet (Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:

 

RESOLVED that the contract for the delivery of the Family Support Service be

awarded to Core Assets Children’s Services for a period of three years, with

the option to extend for a further two years.

Contract Extension Preferred Provider Framework Children and Young People’s Personalised Care and Support

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Cabinet Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor

and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that the contract be extended until 5 January

2018 to allow time to review and restructure the social care support and

procure the new service.

Best, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that:

 

(1) the following contracts be awarded recommissioned and called off under

the Supported Living Framework Agreement as follows:

 

Service 1 - Lewisham Nexus Service

Service 2 - Lewisham Nexus Service

Service 3 - Lewisham Nexus Service

Service 4 - Lewisham Nexus Service

Service 5 - Lewisham Nexus Service

Service 6 - Access for Living

Service 7 - Access for Living

Service 8 - Access for Living

Service 9 - Access for Living

Service 10 - Three C’s Support

Service 11 - Three C’s Support

Service 12 - Three C’s Support

Service 13 - Aurora Options

Service 14 - Aurora Options

 

(2) the following contract be awarded recommissioned by mini tender using

the Framework Agreement for Supported Living services for adults with

learning disabilities as follows:

 

(3) all future award of call-offs under the framework be delegated to the

Executive Director for Community Services.
