The Committee received verbal representation from Mr M Chandler of Green King Pub Company in support of the proposal and from a resident of 1 Eliot Cottages who raised concerns regarding windows to the rear of the building.
Councillor Long moved a motion to accept the officer’s recommendation to grant planning permission, which was seconded by Councillor Folorunso. Members voted as follows: FOR: Councillors, Folorunso, Hall and Long.
AGAINST: Councillor Bell (Chair)
Councillor Feakes did not take part in the voting process.
RESOLVED that Planning Permission be granted in respect of Application No. DC/12/79769 as revised, subject to Conditions as set out in the report. |
