Note: In light of the existing residential use that was revealed during yesterday’s site visit, it is necessary that it is considered as part of the planning application which unfortunately means that there will be no application for the Planning Committee to consider tonight. We have therefore recommended to the Chair that the meeting be cancelled. We will be reviewing the planning application in light of the new information and a new planning committee date will be arranged in due course. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience, and we regret the last minute cancellation but it is important that all new information is thoroughly reviewed and considered.
