Silks 177-181 Rushey Green SE6 4BD Decision: Silks – Interim Steps decision notice 14 March 2024
1. On 13 March 2024, the Committee held a hearing to consider what interim steps should be taken (if any) in response to two applications for summary review brought by the Police in respect of Premises known as “Silks”. The Committee decided to take the interim step of modifying the licences by reducing the terminal hour for sale of alcohol to 12am on Fridays and Saturdays and the opening hours of the Premises to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. Shortly after the Committee made that decision, the PLH submitted representations against that interim step and therefore a further hearing was arranged for 14 March 2024 to consider that representation.
3. Having considered the evidence and submissions, the Committee’s decision is to maintain the interim step taken on 13 March 2024.
