Appointment of Director of Strategy, Transformation, Equalities and Performance Minutes: RESOLVED that (i) Nohaila Alavi be appointed Director of Strategy, Transformation, Equalities and Performance, and (ii) In the event that Nohaila Alavi withdraws from the process or the appointment is not concluded, delegated authority be given to the Executive Director of People and Organisational Development, to offer the role to the Committee’s reserve candidates in order of preference.
