RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Appointment of Director of Housing Quality and Investment Minutes:
RESOLVED that
(i) Chris Brown be appointed the Director of Housing, Quality and Investment, and
(ii) In the event that Chris Brown withdraws from the process or the appointment is not concluded, delegated authority be given to the Director of People and Organisational Development, to offer the role to the Committee’s reserve candidates in order of preference. |
