RESOLVED that Councillor Paul Maslin be elected as Chair for the purposes

of this meeting only.

There were no declarations of interest.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on April 19 2021 be

confirmed and signed as a correct record.

It is recommended that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

5. Appointment of Executive Director of Housing, Regeneration and Public Realm

RESOLVED that Jennifer Daothong be recommended for appointment as

Executive Director for Housing, Environment and Public Realm.
