RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on May 6 2020 be confirmed

and signed as a correct record.

RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972,

the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of

business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraphs 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act,

and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public

interest in disclosing the information.

5. Appointment of Director of Law, Governance and Human Relations

RESOLVED that Suki Binjal be recommended for appointment as Director of

Law, Governance and Human Relations.
