RESOLVED that Councillor Alan Hall be elected as Chair and Councillor

Obajimi Adefiranye be elected as Vice-Chair of the Committee for the

Municipal Year 2017-18.

None were made.

The Chair gained agreement that it be noted that the minutes of the meeting

held on October 31 2016 should be read in conjunction with the confidential

officer report.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meetings held on October 31 2016 and

November 9 2016 be confirmed and signed as corret records.

RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972,

the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of

business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act,

and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public

interest in disclosing the information.

5.         Appointment of Head of Organisation Design and Human Resources.

RESOLVED that Adam Bowles be appointed as Head of Organisation Design

and Human Resources.
