Minutes: The recommendations were proposed by Councillor Best and seconded by Councillor Walsh. Following contributions from Councillors Slater, Handley, Sheikh, and John Paschoud, there was a reply from Councillor Best. The recommendations were then put to the vote and declared to be carried by 36 votes to nil with 7 abstentions. RESOLVED that the draft submission appearing at Appendix A be approved for submission to the Local Government Boundary Commission.
