It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to
1. Approve the procurement of a contractor to undertake works (below threshold) at Beckenham Place Park East on behalf of the Council;
2. Approve the subsequent award of contract to the preferred contractor, provided the contract value is within authorised limits;
3. Delegate authority to the Executive Director Community Services, in consultation with Timeline of engagement and decision-making.

Having considered an open and a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet Member for Environment and Climate Action, it was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to:
