Having considered an officer report and a presentation by the Deputy Mayor,
Councillor Chris Best, the Mayor and Cabinet agreed that:
(1) the draft submission be approved;
(2) the draft submission be referred to Council for approval at the meeting on
Wednesday 3 April 2019; and
(3) when the LGBC has agreed the number of councillors for the London
Borough of Lewisham, a further report on proposed warding patterns be
referred to members.
Minutes:
The Deputy Mayor confirmed that the Council was asking that a Mayor and 54
Councillors be retained in the submission.
Having considered an officer report and a presentation by the Deputy Mayor,

report, by a vote of 9-0
RESOLVED that:
(1) the draft submission be approved;
(2) the draft submission be referred to Council for approval at the meeting on
Wednesday 3 April 2019; and
(3) when the LGBC has agreed the number of councillors for the London
Borough of Lewisham, a further report on proposed warding patterns be
referred to members.
