Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation from the
Cabinet Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor
and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that the contract for the new Health Visiting
service be awarded to Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust for a period of three
years at a stated total value, with an option to extend for a further two years.

RESOLVED that the contract for the new Health Visiting service be awarded
to Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust for a period of three years at a stated
total value, with an option to extend for a further two years.
