Decision:
Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet
Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, the Mayor agreed
that the Pay Policy Statement be reported to the Council.
Minutes:
Councillor Millbank praised the gender pay balance which had been achieved
in Lewisham and asked if a similar survey could be undertaken of the average
salaries of BAME personnel.
