The assembly opened with a market place where residents were able to talk to the projects that had bid for money as detailed below.

Residents were then asked to rank the projects with 1 being the project they most wanted to be funded (scoring 1 point) and 10 being the one they least wanted to be funded (scoring 10 points). Any unranked projects scored 10 points.
The votes were than added up and the project were ranked from lowest to highest scoring. Project were funded up to the value of £12, 500.
