Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet
Member for the Public Realm, Councillor Rachel Onikosi, the Mayor agreed to
recommend to the Council that they make the new byelaws for parks and
open spaces in the form attached and that they revoke the existing byelaws
for Blackheath made in 1932.
Minutes:
Councillor Bonavia withdrew from the meeting room while this item was
discussed.
