Having considered an open and a confidential officer report, and a

presentation by the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services and School

Performance, Councillor Chris Barnham, the Mayor and Cabinet agreed that a

contract be awarded for a Young People’s Substance Misuse and Sexual

Health Service to Humankind, commencing on the 1st April 2022 for a period

of three years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 2 years at a

contract cost of £430,061 per year, or £2,147,010 over the possible lifetime of

the contract.
