Decision details

Having considered both an open and a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet Member for Housing & Planning, Councillor Paul Bell, the Mayor and Cabinet unaimously agreed:

(1)                   That allocation of stated funding from the Housing Revenue Account for Lewisham Homes to appoint a contractor to deliver construction works for 23 new homes at Wellington Close, Somerville Estate be approved.

(2)                   That authority be delegated to the Executive Director for Housing, Regeneration and Public Realm to approve final accounts and cost variations following practical completion and the defects liability period.
