Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet

Member for Environment & Transport, Councillor Sophie McGeevor, the

Mayor and Cabinet agreed that:

(1) the overall approach to reviewing the Council’s procurement of corporate

energy contracts be approved; and

(2) the proposal to purchase REGO certificates to match the supply received

through our electricity contracts for corporate sites, schools and streetlighting

to renewable generation be approved.
