Having considered a confidential officer report and a presentation by the

Mayor, the Mayor and Cabinet, for the reasons set out in the report, by 8

votes to nil:

RESOLVED that:

(1) the award of contract for the Provision of Water, Wastewater and Ancillary

Services be made to Anglian Water Business (National) Ltd trading as Wave,

for the period of 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2020 (minimum two years), with the

option to extend for a further two years, but not beyond 30 April 2022

(2) any specific terms of the contract be delegated to the Executive Director

for Resources and Regeneration, in consultation with the Head of Law, to

facilitate the execution, implementation and operation of the contract,

including the use of ancillary services available under the contract.
