Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation from the
Cabinet Member for Children & Young People, Councillor Paul Maslin, Mayor
and Cabinet (Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:
RESOLVED that the contract for the new Young People’s Health and
Wellbeing Service be awarded to Lifeline Project Ltd for a period of three
years at a stated total value, with an option to extend for a further two
years.
