Four reports providing detail relating to the 2025/26 funding settlement:-

·               Report 1- Main report providing the detailed funding settlement.

·               Report 2 – Schools Block –

§  Providing options for consideration to enable the submission of the APT.

§  Comprising, de-delegation, MFG, growth fund and agreement for block transfer.

·               Report 3 – High Needs Funding Settlement – for information.

Report 4 – Early Years Block settlement –

§  report to provide detail on the funding settlement for Schools forum to note.

§  The report requires agreement from Forum to apply any additional funding.

§  To note the reduction in central hold back and agreement to re-purpose the 1%.

Report considers the funding for Lewisham Learning.  This report needs to be considered as a sub report relating to the APT Schools Block Submission.

Purpose of this report is to discuss the membership of schools forum following the recent academisation of schools in Lewisham. The report further notes the vacancies and completion of terms of 2 members.
