Marketplace Event Minutes: The assembly started with a marketplace event where projects bidding for a share of the £12,500 Assembly Fund were each allocated a table. Attendees were asked to visit each table to find out more about the proposal and then to score each project out of 10.
The following projects were applying for funding:
Organisation - Beecroft Garden Children’s Centre Project – Healthy and Safe Gardening Project Amount applied for – £836
Organisation – The Fourth Reserve’ Buckthorne Road Friends Group Project – The Fourth Reserve - Courtrai Road and Dalrymple Road Local Nature Reserve Proposal Amount applied for - £1,200
Organisation – Elder Peoples’ Support Project Project – Vulnerable person’s day trip to Hall Place Amount applied for - £276
Organisation – Ewart Road Community Clubhouse Project – Paid help for parent and Toddler Group Amount applied for - £1,428
Organisation – Crofton Park Community Gardeners / Hopcroft Forum Project – Railway Community Garden Improvements Amount applied for - £1,000
Organisation – A Cinderella Line Project – A Cinderella Line Amount applied for - £1,000

Results of the vote Minutes: The following projects will receive the full amount of funding applied for:

The remaining £1,474 was allocated to the two remaining projects who both received the same number of votes and therefore will both receive £737.
