1.	Marketplace Event Minutes: The assembly started with a marketplace event where projects bidding for a share of the £12,500 Assembly Fund were each allocated a table. Attendees were asked to visit each table to find out more about the proposal and then to score each project out of 10. Results of the vote Minutes: The following projects will receive the full amount of funding that they are applied for: S&B Childcare - Respite for Children with Special Educational Needs and Disability Chinbrook Dog Show - Carnival and Dog Show Carers Lewisham - Respite Club W.G Grace Senior Citizen Tuesday Club Friends of Chinbrook Meadows - Chinbrook Park Meadows Furniture Busy Bees Under 5’s Play Club Downham Health & Leisure Centre - 1life fit bus Baring Primary School - Community Benches SCALE Projects - Grove Park Youth Matters – Test Market As the next placed project the remaining £1,306 will go to Olivespring Consultancy CIC - De-mystifying Dyslexia. There being no other business the meeting closed at 9pm, no declarations of interest were made at the meeting.
