Office Stationery Contract
Decision: Having considered a confidential officer report and a presentation by the Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, the Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed that a call off contract for general office stationery be awarded to Office Depot (UK) Ltd for an initial period of five years, with possible extensions for periods up to a further 2 years. Minutes: The Mayor praised the dedication and commitment of the presenting officer, Andy Murray who was retiring after 39 and a half years in Local Government. The Mayor thanked him for his service and observed procurement was an area of activity in Lewisham that was delivering genuine savings.
