RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972,

the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of

business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act,

as amended by the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to

Information) (Amendments) (England) Regulations 2006 and the public

interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in

disclosing the information:-

Violence Against Women and Girls Contract Extension

Decision:

Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Cabinet

Member for Community Safety, Councillor Janet Daby, Mayor and Cabinet

(Contracts) agreed that the contract for the provision of the Athena Service

provided by Refuge be extended for a period of one year until the end of

March 2019 at a stated annual value cost.

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Councillor Janet Daby, Mayor and

Cabinet (Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:

 

RESOLVED that the contract for the provision of the Athena Service

provided by Refuge be extended for a period of one year until the end of

Grove Park Streetscape Works

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alan Smith, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed

that the award of contract for the streetscape improvement work at Grove

Park Station (junction of Downham Way and Baring Road) be made to TG

Ram Ltd for a contract value not exceeding a stipulated price.

corrected paragraph 6.6 of the report by indicting the synopsis of the

evaluation for TG Ram Ltd could be found at 6.1 and 6.4.7.
