RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act

1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following

items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of

exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of

the Act, as amended by the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)

(Access to Information) (Amendments) (England) Regulations 2006 and the

public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in

disclosing the information:-

Sangley - Sandhusrt Road Public Realm Works Contract Award

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alan Smith, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts) agreed

that the award of contract for the public realm works at the junction of Sangley

and Sandhurst Roads be made to FM Conway for a contract value not

exceeding a stated amount.

Minutes:

The Deputy Mayor praised the Corbett Residents Association for their positive

involvement in the development of proposals.

 

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alan Smith, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts), for the

reasons set out in the report:

 

RESOLVED that the award of contract for the public realm works at the

junction of Sangley and Sandhurst Roads be made to FM Conway for a

contract value not exceeding a stated amount.

Children's Social Care Rolling Select PPF Extension

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, Mayor and Cabinet (Contracts)

agreed that:

 

(1) the extension to Lot 1 (Independent Fostering Agencies) of the 2013

Rolling Select Preferred Provider Framework from 1st October 2017 for the

providers listed be approved for two years.

 

(2) the extension to Lot 3 (Semi Independent Services) of the 2013 Rolling

Select Preferred Provider Framework from 1st October 2017 for the providers

listed be approved for one year.

(Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:

 

RESOLVED that:

 

(1) the extension to Lot 1 (Independent Fostering Agencies) of the 2013

Rolling Select Preferred Provider Framework from 1st October 2017 for the

providers listed be approved for two years.

 

(2) the extension to Lot 3 (Semi Independent Services) of the 2013 Rolling

Select Preferred Provider Framework from 1st October 2017 for the providers

listed be approved for one year.

Telephony Re-Procurement

Decision:

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, Mayor and Cabinet

(Contracts) agreed that LB Brent enter into the following contracts on behalf of

Lewisham for the provision of the services set out below:

 

Lot 1: Telephony Services to Voicenet Solutions T/A 8x8 Solutions for a term

of 5 years at a total stated cost to Lewisham;

 

Lot 2: Automated Call Distribution (ACD) to Voicenet Solutions T/A 8x8

Solutions for a term of 5 years at a total stated cost to Lewisham;

 

Lot 3: Mobile Telephony to Vodafone Limited for a term of 2 + 1 years at a

total stated cost to Lewisham, and;

 

Lot 4: Automated Switchboard to Netcall Telecom Limited for a term of 5

years at a total stated cost to Lewisham.

Minutes:

Councillor Chris Best asked that any forthcoming changes affecting elected

members should be communicated to them in advance.

 

Having considered a confidential officer report, and a presentation by the

Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Kevin Bonavia, Mayor and Cabinet

(Contracts), for the reasons set out in the report:

 

RESOLVED that LB Brent enter into the following contracts on behalf of
