FORMER TESCO'S CAR PARK, 209 CONINGTON ROAD, LONDON, SE13 7LH Minutes: Viv Evans advised members that the purpose of this meeting was to discuss the forthcoming planning appeal to the Secretary of State and the legal opinion that was tabled.
RESOLVED that in accordance with Regulation 4(2)(b) of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to nformation)(England) Regulations 2012 and under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting as the item of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3, of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
RESOLVED that Members unanimously agreed to amend the reasons for refusal as recommended. |
