Exclusion of the Press and Public Minutes: RESOLVED that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Appointment of Executive Director Place Minutes: The meeting was adjourned and re-convened on 19 July 2024. It was then:
RESOLVED that (i) Steve Evison be appointed Executive Director of Place, and (ii) In the event that Steve Evison withdraws from the process or the appointment is not concluded, delegated authority be given to the Executive Director of People and Organisational Development, to offer the role to the Committee’s reserve candidates in order of preference. |
