Appointments to Select Committees Decision: RESOLVED that:
(1) Councillor Kim Powell be appointed to the Healthier Communities Select Committee; and
(2) Councillor Lionel Openshaw be appointed to the Safer Stronger Communities Select Committee. Minutes: The meeting was opened by the Chair, Councillor Bill Brown at 9.07pm.
Councillor Sheikh proposed and Councillor Muldoon seconded a nomination to the Healthier Communities Select Committee. Councillor Sheikh further proposed and Councillor Campbell seconded a nomination to the Safer Stronger Communities Select Committee. Both nominations were agreed by the Committee and it was:
RESOLVED that:
(1) Councillor Kim Powell be appointed to the Healthier Communities Select Committee; and
(2) Councillor Lionel Openshaw be appointed to the Safer Stronger Communities Select Committee.
