Having considered an officer report, and a presentation by the Deputy Mayor

Councillor Alan Smith, the Mayor agreed that:

(1) the Lewisham Local Plan: Consultation on Main Issues be approved for

public consultation and recommend the Council do the same; and

(2) authority be delegated to the Executive Director for Resources and

Regeneration to make any minor alterations to the consultation document

prior to the start of the formal consultation.
